We sell digital product (the "Product") through the Services.

Price. The Product is sold at the price listed at checkout.
‍Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms.
‍Access. On payment, you receive access to the Product.
‍License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Product for your own use.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the Product or its materials.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. The Product is a digital product delivered immediately, and the full scope of what's included is described page before you buy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

Products sold on Amazon, not by us. Purchases, delivery, and returns for the book are governed by Amazon's terms, not these Terms.

The Services may link to third-party sites (such as Amazon and our payment provider). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Company is based in Florida, United States. We provide the Services globally.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any suit or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, though we may bring an action against you in your country of residence. You waive objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

At our sole discretion, we may require disputes arising from these Terms to be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying Florida law.

Any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services must be brought within ONE (1) YEAR after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in full effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Arty Finch L.L.C. regarding the Services, superseding all prior agreements.
